If you go on to read the article it explains that she isn't stating whether she is for or against same-sex marriage. She is just saying there is no constitutional right. That this is an issue that must go through the political process and that the voters must decide on.
ReplyDeleteIn a perfect world we would all be truly equal and it is sad that many ignorant voters are keeping people from equality. The Supreme Court isn't where this is going to happen, I guess.
